Healthy Connections is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the health center in conjunction with the Board of Directors and CEO.
The CFO will establish organizational standards, policies, and procedures and assure compliance for finance, accounting, regulatory, and reimbursement operations. The CFO manages and protects the health center’s assets, provides timely and accurate reports/statements, participates in decision-support, and gives information and advice to the CEO and other members of Senior Management.
The CFO leads with personal integrity, respect for individuals, commitment to excellence and active engagement in the health center movement on local, state and national levels.
The successful candidate must have strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to frame and solve complex problems, build a strong team, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves when needed.
This position will be based in both Mena and Hot Springs.
We require at least five years of experience working in a health care setting. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting is required, with a Master’s Degree preferred.
