Duties would include responsibility and oversight for cleaning of the centers in such a way to promote health and safety while reducing the spread of infection. Two years’ experience on custodial, electrical, plumbing, carpentry would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of basic methods and safe work practices in the appropriate and safe handling and use of chemicals and materials used in janitorial work would be beneficial. Ability to perform heavy physical labor and lift heavy objects, understand and follow verbal and written directions, work effectively in the absence of supervision, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Applicant must have excellent organizational, written and customer service skills, and must have the ability to establish and maintain effective, courteous working relationships with patients, staff team members, business entities and others.
