Healthy Connections is excited to announce that chiropractic services will now be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Hot Springs. Dr. Lance Richardson and Rich Mountain Chiropractic will begin seeing patients at the Hot Springs Central Clinic located at 3604 Central Avenue.
Richardson is a Doctor of Chiropractic. It is a health-care profession that focuses on the spine and other joints of the body, and their connection to the nervous system. Meaning “to be done by hand,” chiropractors use adjustments to restore joint function and support the nervous system. They help patients maintain optimal health while avoiding unnecessary drugs or surgery.
Dr. Richardson will continue to see patients at the Mena Street Physical Medicine Clinic at 1201 Mena Street in Mena.
Chiropractic is covered by most insurances, though coverage varies depending on the carrier.
For appointments, patients can call (888) 710-8220. Visit www.healthy-connections.org/chiropractic for more information.
Dr. Richardson is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College and has practiced in both Texas and Arkansas. While working on his degree, he participated in multiple internships, including Neurosurgery. His experience allows him to evaluate and manage many complex spinal conditions with conservative methods. He also holds certifications in multiple other therapies and techniques, including acupuncture and dry needling.
A chiropractic adjustment is a very safe, specific, controlled force applied to a joint to restore proper function and mobility. Accidents, falls, stress, or overexertion can negatively impact your spine or other joints. These changes impact tissues, the nervous system and other areas of the body. Left unresolved, this can make you more susceptible to chronic problems. Chiropractic adjustments reduce pain, increase movement, and improve performance.
