

Healthy Connections Community Health Network seeks a Computer Support Technician based out of our location in Mena. The Computer Support Technician assists the Director of Technology in the implementation, maintenance and support of technology hardware and software in all of the Healthy Connections locations.
Job duties include:
- Assist the Director of Technology in installing and maintaining all computer hardware, software and all other products and supplies necessary to keep computer systems operable
- Install and implement new software, hardware and other information technology items as needed
- Coordinate the planning, implementation and maintenance of all information technology products.
- Troubleshoot information technology-related issues for both hardware and software.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer systems and servers for performance and security related issues.
- Provide end-user support and training for a variety of applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in computer/technology-related field or High School Diploma
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- Network experience to include Level one or Level two experience
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal, human relations, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Strong business acumen and common sense
- Sufficient experience to carry out the duties of this position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the information system technology subjects and extensive knowledge of hardware and software, with the ability to keep abreast of new technologies.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to all locations and to meetings outside of the service area.
- Ability to work night and weekends, if necessary.
- Ability to understand, exchange, and present verbal communication and instruction.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective, courteous working relationships with patients, staff team members, business entities and others.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and problem-solve independently.
- Ability to transition quickly between tasks.
