Schasta Hibbs, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who sees patients of all ages at the Montgomery County Community Clinic in Mt. Ida and the Hot Springs Central clinic.
She is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and Walden University.
“I was raised in a military family that required many relocations throughout my life but claim Hot Springs as my hometown. It is where I spent most of my summers growing up and where my family moved when I was in high school. I met my husband, Trey, shortly after moving to Hot Springs,” she said.
Hibbs provides primary care/family medicine for patients of all ages.
She also sees patients for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), which is used for the treatment of addiction to opioids such as heroin and prescription pain relievers that contain opiates.
Hibbs is also a provider of Biote bioidentical hormone treatment. This procedure for both men and women has been credited with improving the hormone imbalance of patients, allowing them to return to normal, healthy lives. Many patients have seen a beneficial effect on cognitive function and improved mood, less irritability, stress, and anxiousness.
