Health insurance is important. It can also be confusing.
Signing up for a healthcare plan can be stressful. That is why Healthy Connections has an In-Person Assister (IPA) on staff. This is one on one, in-person help to guide you through the application process.
The assister will sit with you. They will help you fill out all the forms. They will make sure you get the coverage you need.
Best of all. It is free.
In addition, we will still be here after you are signed up. The assister will provide education to you and your family about how to use this coverage.

- CHIP in Arkansas (Children’s Health Insurance Program) This covers uninsured children in families with moderate incomes who do not qualify for Medicaid.
In Arkansas, the open enrollment period begins on November 1 and ends on December 15 each year.
If you miss the deadline to enroll, you may still have options. Some “life changes” can qualify you for a special enrollment period.
