Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Hot Springs
Evolve Behavioral Health Services and Medication Management, a key component of the Healthy Connections Community Health Network, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for our Hot Springs location. This role is essential in providing comprehensive behavioral health services as part of our integrated healthcare approach, focusing on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support of patients with behavioral health and substance abuse issues.
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
The LMFT will work collaboratively within the clinic’s provider team, performing direct patient services that include assessment, diagnosis, treatment implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of behavioral health management plans. This position requires working closely with licensed physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver primary behavioral health care services within a primary care setting.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Patient Relations:

- Conduct psychosocial assessments and determine appropriate levels of service and treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups addressing behavioral health, substance abuse, and physical health problems.
- Staff Relations/Team Building:

- Consult with physicians and healthcare team members to implement and evaluate care effectiveness.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to community health programs as directed.
- Clinical Duties:

- Diagnose behavioral health issues and establish treatment plans.
- Collaborate with primary healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
- Facilitate individual or group interventions based on patient needs.
- Educate and support patients and families to foster compliance with treatment plans.
- Coordinate referrals to community resources when needed.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain patient records in accordance with legal standards and organizational policies.
- Qualifications:

- Degree from an accredited university.
- Current Arkansas licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMHC.
- Experience in collaborating with healthcare providers.
- Proficient in Basic Life Support techniques.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and network systems.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for patient care and professional development.
