Working at Healthy Connections
We help people live well.
Anything is possible when we apply our imagination and knowledge toward our purpose of helping people live well. We believe in empowering our differences to inspire creativity, leading to innovative solutions that will transform the future of community health care. At Healthy Connections, you’re joining a dedicated team that’s as passionate about the work as you are. Where we celebrate professional excellence and personal milestones. And team members can learn and grow as part of our caring and welcoming culture.
Because we pride ourselves on taking care of our communities. And it’s not just our patients – we mean you, too.
The mission statement of Healthy Connections is an inspiring reminder of our calling. It also unites and directs activities across our entire Community Health Network. Together, we are caring for our communities while we relentlessly pursue our goal to make the communities, we serve a better place to live. Everywhere that Healthy Connections serves, we will deliver a quality experience.
“Improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve with a commitment to excellence in all that we do.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Healthy Connections values a culture where caregivers integrate diversity and inclusion throughout the Community Health Network. We respect and appreciate our similarities and differences; they enable us to better serve our patients, one another, and our communities.
Our commitment to keeping our patients, visitors, and employees safe is evident in all we do. Healthy Connections employees are required to have the Covid-19 vaccine or an approved exemption. All new hires will have to be fully vaccinated (both doses of Pfizer or Moderna, or a single dose of J&J).
