Shining STAR

Healthy Connections couldn’t provide the community service it does without our employees, who are all truly Shining STARs. STAR stands for Staff That Are Remarkable, but it would also represent Superior Teamwork Achieved by Relationships.

We recognize our Shining STARs each month with the awarding of the Healthy Connections Employees of the Month. Each month, one employee from the East Communities and one employee from the West Communities is chosen for this award. As winners, they receive a $50 gift card and recognition via internal email, website, and social media.
