Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA)
Location: Healthy Connections, Mena Clinic
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (Fridays off – enjoy a three-day weekend every week!)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team at the Mena Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value patient care, teamwork, and a balanced work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Prepare patients for exams and assist with clinical procedures.
- Accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide education about treatment plans.
Clinical Support:
- Assist healthcare providers with examinations, tests, and minor procedures.
- Perform routine screenings, collect specimens, and administer medications as directed.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the provider.
Administrative Duties:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA, and safety regulations.
- Maintain examination rooms and ensure all supplies and equipment are available.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license or Medical Assistant certification (or equivalent experience).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment with a focus on teamwork and patient care.
