Responsibilities include

  • 340B Pharmacy Coordination
  • Serve as the primary internal and external program coordinator, ensuring utilization and compliance.
  • Act as the compliance coordinator for 340B program details, policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to safeguard 340B program integrity.
  • Develop and maintain essential relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, and third-party administrators.
  • Provide ongoing training and education for staff on 340B program policies and procedures.
  • Review and complete the annual HRSA recertification.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the HRSA 340B Database.
  • Assist with the registration of new satellite sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • Pharmacy Tech or Licensed Practical Nurse certification with previous 340B or case management experience preferred.
  • Experience in a federally qualified health center or similar grantee-type setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Abila MIP accounting software and project management experience is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and evaluate policy and grant requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and network systems.
  • Willingness to travel to all locations and attend meetings outside of the service area.
  • Experience with medications taken by complex patients with advanced, chronic, and behavioral health illnesses is a valuable asset.
