How You’ll Contribute
As an APRN with OB/GYN expertise, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of direct patient services that reflect our core values. You will conduct thorough assessments, collect comprehensive medical, social, and family histories, and tailor treatment plans to individual therapeutic goals, including prescribing medications, therapies, and treatments. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in counseling and educating patients and their families, fostering a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

You will actively contribute to our healthcare initiatives, including Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Meaningful Use (MU), aligning your work with the highest standards of care. Your expertise will extend to diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses, ordering necessary lab and x-ray studies, and formulating and initiating patient management plans. In cases requiring specialized care, you will make referrals, ensuring that patients receive the necessary treatment and support.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or a recognized Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Arkansas APRN licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • CPR and ACLS training within 9 months of employment.
  • DEA licensure.
  • Experience to fulfill the duties of this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and network systems.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to establish effective working relationships and problem-solve independently.
  • Either full COVID-19 vaccination or a willingness to become vaccinated before starting employment.
