General Description: The Clinical Territory Lead plays a crucial role within Healthy Connections, tasked with overseeing the training and development of clinical staff within the assigned territory. This position is dedicated to ensuring our clinical teams possess the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to deliver superior healthcare services, in alignment with HCI policies, procedures, and quality measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Relations:
    • Promote patient satisfaction and safety.
    • Maintain healthcare standards in accordance with HCI policies.
  • Staff Relations/Team Support:
    • Support the vision of integrated primary and behavioral care.
    • Identify and address educational needs of clinical staff.
    • Act as a resource for clinical practices and professional development.
    • Manage and evaluate orientation and training programs.
    • Ensure adherence to safety and infection control policies.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Administrative supervision of clinical staff in coordination with nursing leadership.
    • Participate in community service and accreditation activities.
    • Stay informed on nursing trends and CDC guidelines.
  • Safety/Infection Control Activities:
    • Ensure a clean and safe healthcare environment.
    • Follow infection control policies and safety precautions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, patient care, staff training, and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to professional development.
  • Ability to handle moderate physical activity and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • OSHA training compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license.
  • BLS certification or agreement to obtain within a year of starting.
