Who we’re seeking
We’re in search of a visionary leader to champion our Evolve Behavioral Health Services and Medication Management. As the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health Services, you’ll provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated medical, behavioral, and psychosocial care. Your role will be pivotal in aligning with the values of both Evolve and Healthy Connections, Inc. policies, and driving excellence in patient care.
Your Contribution
You will actively shape our organization’s trajectory by driving our mission and vision to meet the evolving needs of the community. Your leadership will foster enhanced access to behavioral health care resources, enabling collaboration among patients, families, and physicians. Through dynamic team leadership, effective communication, and adaptable problem-solving, you will facilitate a culture of shared success.

Qualifications for this job

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university
  • Current Arkansas licensure as a clinical social worker, clinical psychologist, physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner
  • Proven management/supervisory experience in healthcare, ideally in behavioral and/or medical office management, quality improvement/assurance, or public health program management
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of success
  • Exceptional communication skills to inspire and motivate diverse teams
  • Ability to think and act strategically, driving proactive initiatives
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with network systems
  • Excellent organizational, written, and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations and attend meetings outside the service area
