How You’ll Contribute
Your responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum of direct patient services, reflecting the core values of our organization. You will conduct thorough assessments, gather complete medical, social, and family histories, and prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments tailored to individual therapeutic goals. Additionally, you will counsel and educate patients and their families, fostering a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
Moreover, you will actively contribute to our healthcare initiatives, such as Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Meaningful Use (MU), aligning your work with the highest standards of care. Your expertise will extend to the diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, ordered lab and x-ray studies, and the formulation and initiation of patient management plans. In cases requiring specialized care, you will make referrals, ensuring patients receive the necessary treatment and support.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or a recognized Nurse Practitioner program.
- Arkansas APRN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- CPR and ACLS training within 9 months of employment.
- DEA licensure.
- Experience to fulfill the duties of this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and network systems.
- Excellent organizational, written, and customer service skills.
- The ability to establish effective working relationships and problem-solve independently.
- Either full COVID-19 vaccination or a willingness to become vaccinated before starting employment.
