July Employees of the Month

EAST: Grace hill

Each month across the Healthy Connections Community Health Network, exemplary employees are nominated for this award for representing our Three Pillars: Excellence, Compassion, and Community. These pillars are considered heavily when choosing winners.

As winners of this Shining STAR award, Lacey and Grace are winners of a $50 gift card.

Lacey is an RN at the Mena clinic. Grace is a patient care coordinator at the Little Rock Midtown/Health For Life Clinic.

  • Lacey is such a fine example of all pillars; she has compassion for her patients, excellent nursing skills, and contributes wherever she is needed in the clinic. Lacey doesn’t complain or gossip and she always has a positive attitude.
  • Grace goes above and beyond her duties as a PCC. Grace always has a smile on her face, an eager spirit, and a positive and willing attitude. She provides excellent customer service to every patient that walks through the door.

Congratulations to both Lacey and Grace.

Thanks again this month to everyone who nominated an employee. There were a lot of great nominations. Do you know who should be our next employees to be recognized? You can nominate them by visiting https://www.healthy-connections.org/nominate.
