Rediscover the Joy of Practicing Pediatrics
My Kids Pediatric Clinic, part of the Healthy Connections Community Health Network, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatrician (MD/DO) to join our dedicated team in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
This is a rare opportunity to practice with balance — enjoy a four-day work week, no nights, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities — while making a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community.
We’re looking for a provider who values collaboration, continuity of care, and connection. At My Kids Pediatric Clinic, you’ll have the time, tools, and team to do what you do best: deliver exceptional, relationship-based pediatric care.
What You’ll Do
As a pediatrician at My Kids Pediatric Clinic, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents. You’ll manage both acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive health and wellness.
Your day-to-day will include:
-
Conducting well-child exams and managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
-
Educating families on growth, development, and preventive care.
-
Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
-
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
-
Participating in clinical improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
You’ll have a strong clinical and administrative support team behind you, allowing you to focus on patient care — not paperwork.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
At My Kids Pediatric Clinic, you’ll find more than a job — you’ll find a community. Healthy Connections offers stability, support, and growth opportunities that empower physicians to thrive professionally while maintaining balance personally.
-
Four-day work week for meaningful work-life balance.
-
No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties.
-
Competitive compensation and productivity incentives.
-
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and life insurance for employees and families at discounted pre-tax rates.
-
401(k) retirement plan with up to 3% company match and profit sharing.
-
Paid vacation, CME support, licensure, malpractice insurance, and more.
-
Eligibility for federal and state loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).
This role is ideal for a pediatrician who wants to combine excellent clinical care with a sustainable lifestyle — all within a supportive and respected organization that values its providers as much as its patients.
Qualifications
-
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
-
Current or eligible Arkansas medical license.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care.
