About the Role
Healthy Connections, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with more than 25 years of service, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join our mission-driven team in Little Rock. This is a unique opportunity to bring specialized care to patients across Arkansas, with a focus on improving access for underserved and rural populations.
This position offers an outpatient-only, flexible schedule with no hospital call, allowing for exceptional work-life balance. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with in-house primary care, behavioral health, and pharmacy teams
- Use an integrated electronic medical records system to track outcomes and ensure continuity of care
- Help shape value-based specialty care within the FQHC model
- Provide consistent, patient-focused care that reflects our commitment to community health
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Arkansas
- Strong communication skills and passion for health equity
- Commitment to team-based, whole-person care
