Where Rheumatology Meets Work-Life Balance
Healthy Connections is seeking a Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join our growing team within the Healthy Connections Community Health Network. This is a full-time or part-time outpatient position offering a four-day work week, no nights, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities—a rare opportunity to practice with purpose and balance.
You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered rheumatologic care to adults in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. You will be supported by dedicated clinical and administrative staff who share your commitment to quality and efficiency, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients with arthritis, autoimmune diseases, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging relevant to rheumatologic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and guidance to patients on chronic disease management and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary case discussions as needed.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.
- Current and unrestricted Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a community-based setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
