Healthy Connections was honored to be named a nominee for Organization of the Year by the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce. Being recognized alongside so many respected organizations across our region was a meaningful moment for our team and a reflection of the work being done every day in our clinics and communities.
The nomination offered an opportunity to reflect on a year defined by service and impact. In 2025, Healthy Connections expanded its community outreach through initiatives such as the Summer Cereal Drive, helping address food insecurity for families across our service areas. We also led large-scale education and awareness campaigns focused on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and HIV care—work centered on reducing stigma, increasing understanding, and connecting individuals to care that can change lives. Throughout the year, our teams remained visible and engaged in the communities we serve, strengthening partnerships and meeting people where they are.
This work is rooted in our guiding principles. Community is the first pillar of Healthy Connections, and we strive to live it every day by showing up, listening, and responding to real needs. Our other pillars—Compassion and Excellence—guide how we deliver care, ensuring patients are treated with dignity while receiving high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services.
Access remains at the core of our mission. Healthy Connections is in-network with most insurance plans, accepts all Medicaid and Medicare patients, and offers a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients without insurance. The goal is clear and unwavering: to ensure everyone has access to quality care, regardless of circumstance.
