Healthy Connections is proud to recognize Madison Willis of the Haskell clinic and Tracey Price of the Mena clinic as our latest Employees of the Month. This recognition honors team members who consistently demonstrate the values that define our organization—Community, Compassion, and Excellence—through their daily work and dedication to the patients and communities we serve.
Each month, employees across Healthy Connections’ East and West Communities are nominated by their coworkers for outstanding service, teamwork, and commitment to patient care. Members of the Senior Management Team then review the nominations and select one recipient from each region. The latest selections highlight two individuals whose work reflects the heart of our mission and the importance of supporting both patients and coworkers.
East Communities Winner: Madison Willis – Patient Care Coordinator, Haskell Clinic
Madison Willis, a Patient Care Coordinator at the Haskell clinic, joined Healthy Connections in 2024 and has already made a meaningful impact on both patients and her colleagues.
Her nomination highlights the compassion and professionalism she brings to every interaction. As one coworker shared, “Madi’s interactions with patients promote safety, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.” She approaches her work with empathy, dignity, and genuine care, consistently demonstrating patience and understanding while assisting patients.
In addition to supporting patients, Madison is known for her willingness to step in and help coworkers whenever needed. Her nomination noted that she “eagerly assists at a moment’s notice and delivers quality care not only to patients but also when working with coworkers.” Her ability to create a welcoming environment while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork exemplifies the Healthy Connections pillars of Community, Compassion, and Excellence.
West Communities Winner: Tracey Price – Dental Assistant, Mena Clinic
Tracey Price, a Dental Assistant at the Healthy Connections Dental clinic in Mena, has been serving patients and supporting her team since 2014. Over the years, she has become a trusted and dependable member of the dental team.
Coworkers describe Tracey as someone who consistently keeps the clinic running smoothly. In her nomination, one coworker shared that “Tracey is the backbone of our Dental Department here at the Mena clinic.” She is often the team’s go-to person thanks to her experience, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed.
Tracey’s positive attitude also makes a lasting impression on those around her. Her coworkers note that she brings a can-do spirit to every situation and “always has a smile on her face and keeps us all in good spirits.” Her dedication to both patients and teammates reflects the professionalism and compassion that define Healthy Connections’ approach to care.
