Healthy Connections Employee of the Month: March Winners

Healthy Connections Employee of the Month: March Winners Natosha Williams and Quinta Davis

Healthy Connections Employee of the Month March winners

Recognizing the people who keep our clinics running and our patients supported is at the core of what we do. The Healthy Connections Employee of the Month program highlights team members who consistently go above expectations and make a meaningful impact across our communities. For March, Healthy Connections is proud to recognize Natosha Williams of the Mena clinic and Quinta Davis of the Little Rock Midtown clinic as our Employees of the Month.

Each month, Healthy Connections selects one employee from East Communities and one from West Communities through a structured and intentional process. Employees are nominated by their coworkers based on performance, teamwork, and patient impact. Final selections are made through a vote by members of the Senior Management Team, with Community, Compassion, and Excellence weighing heavily in the decision. This ensures that every Employee of the Month represents both peer recognition and organizational standards.

West Communities Employee of the Month: Natosha Williams – Scheduling Specialist, Mena Clinic

Natosha Williams, who has been with Healthy Connections since 2021, serves as a Scheduling Specialist at the Mena clinic. In her role, she plays a critical part in the patient experience by helping ensure accurate communication, proper scheduling, and timely access to care.

Her coworkers highlighted her dedication to learning and accuracy in their nominations. One coworker shared that “she tries to learn all she can to help the patients,” while another emphasized that “she wants to make sure each piece of information she gives to patients is correct.” This commitment to accuracy is essential in supporting patient confidence and ensuring continuity of care.

Natosha also brings a consistently positive and supportive attitude to her team. As noted in her nomination, she is “always happy and positive and a joy to work with.” Her ability to combine accuracy with a strong team presence reflects the pillars of Compassion and Excellence, while her consistency strengthens the sense of Community within the Mena clinic.

East Communities Employee of the Month: Quinta Davis – Licensed Practical Nurse, Little Rock Midtown Clinic

Quinta Davis, a Licensed Practical Nurse who joined Healthy Connections in 2025, is based at the Little Rock Midtown clinic and has also stepped in to support other locations, including Russellville, when needed. Her willingness to serve beyond her primary clinic has made an immediate and measurable impact.

Coworker nominations consistently highlight her flexibility and team-first mindset. One nomination noted that she has “stepped up to help other locations multiple times lately,” bringing a “can-do attitude” and uplifting those around her. Her ability to adapt and support multiple teams reflects a strong commitment to both Community and Excellence.

Quinta is also recognized for how she interacts with patients. Her coworkers shared that she “treats patients with the kindness and respect they deserve” and creates a welcoming environment in every setting. Her presence has been described as one that “brings a sense of peace and calm for all that are around her,” demonstrating the importance of Compassion in patient care.

Why the Healthy Connections Employee of the Month Program Matters

The Healthy Connections Employee of the Month program exists to recognize employees who consistently deliver high-quality care and support across our clinics. By combining coworker nominations with leadership voting, the program ensures that each Employee of the Month reflects real impact—both in patient care and team support.

Natosha Williams and Quinta Davis exemplify what it means to live out Community, Compassion, and Excellence every day. Their work—whether ensuring patients receive accurate information or stepping into new environments to support care delivery—strengthens the foundation of Healthy Connections and improves the experience for patients across our communities.

Please join us in congratulating Natosha Williams and Quinta Davis, our Healthy Connections Employee of the Month recipients for March.
