Healthy Connections Employee of the Month: June 2026 Winners Mikie Manning and Raychel Woody

Healthy Connections Employee of the Month June 2026 winners Mikie Manning and Raychel Woody

The Healthy Connections Employee of the Month program recognizes team members who demonstrate Community, Compassion, and Excellence in their daily work. For June 2026, Healthy Connections is proud to recognize Mikie Manning of Healthy Connections Pharmacy Services and Raychel Woody of the Mena clinic as our Employees of the Month.

The Healthy Connections Employee of the Month program celebrates employees whose dedication strengthens our clinics, improves the patient experience, and reflects the organization’s mission every day. Each month, one employee from East Communities and one employee from West Communities are selected through a nomination and voting process designed to recognize those who make a meaningful impact on patients, coworkers, and clinic operations.

Employees are nominated by their coworkers, and the final recipients are selected through a vote by members of the Senior Management Team. Throughout the selection process, Healthy Connections’ three pillars—Community, Compassion, and Excellence—weigh heavily in determining the winners. Receiving an Employee of the Month nomination from coworkers is itself an honor, reflecting the respect and appreciation of the people who work alongside these employees every day.

The June 2026 winners were recognized for their dedication to patients, willingness to support coworkers, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Their nominations reflect the qualities that help make Healthy Connections a trusted healthcare provider throughout Arkansas.

East Communities Employee of the Month: Mikie Manning – Pharmacy Technician, Malvern Teeter Clinic

Mikie Manning, a Pharmacy Technician at the Malvern Teeter clinic, joined Healthy Connections in 2024 and has already earned a reputation as a dependable teammate and patient advocate.

As a Pharmacy Technician, Mikie helps ensure patients receive the medications they need while supporting providers and clinic teams across multiple Healthy Connections locations. His willingness to travel wherever he is needed reflects a commitment to patient care that extends well beyond a single clinic.

Coworkers describe Mikie as someone who brings a positive attitude to work every day. One nomination simply states, “Mikie is a joy to be around!” That positivity is matched by a strong commitment to patient care and a willingness to serve wherever he is needed.

His nomination also highlights the important role he plays in helping patients receive the medications they need. Coworkers noted that Mikie “works hard to make sure that patients get the medications they need” and regularly “travels across the state, providing good patient care to all of the HCI locations.” His flexibility and dedication help ensure patients continue to receive timely, high-quality pharmacy services while supporting clinics throughout the Healthy Connections network.

Whether working alongside clinic staff or assisting patients directly, Mikie consistently demonstrates the Healthy Connections pillars of Community, Compassion, and Excellence. His willingness to travel, adapt to different clinic environments, and put patients first has made him a valuable member of the Healthy Connections team in a short period of time.

West Communities Employee of the Month: Raychel Woody – Patient Care Coordinator, Mena Clinic

Raychel Woody, a Patient Care Coordinator at the Mena clinic, joined Healthy Connections in February 2026 and has already made a lasting impression on both patients and coworkers.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, Raychel is often one of the first people patients meet when they arrive for their appointments. From welcoming patients and assisting with the check-in process to answering questions and helping them navigate their visit, she plays an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

Despite joining Healthy Connections only a few months ago, Raychel has already earned the respect of both her coworkers and the patients she serves. Her nomination states that “Raychel has only been with HCI for a short time; however, she practices our three pillars daily.”

Coworkers praised Raychel’s compassionate approach to patient care, noting that “her patient care and compassion show every day by taking the time to help patients through the check-in process.” They also highlighted her exceptional teamwork, sharing that “she is willing to jump in and help wherever she is needed.”

Those moments—greeting patients with kindness, helping them through the check-in process, and supporting teammates whenever needed—may seem simple, but they help create a welcoming environment and set the tone for a positive patient experience. Her willingness to serve both patients and coworkers reflects the culture Healthy Connections strives to build in every clinic.

Why the Healthy Connections Employee of the Month Program Matters

The Healthy Connections Employee of the Month program recognizes employees whose daily actions strengthen our clinics, support their coworkers, and improve the patient experience. By combining coworker nominations with voting by members of the Senior Management Team, the program honors individuals who consistently demonstrate the values that define Healthy Connections.

For June 2026, Mikie Manning and Raychel Woody were selected because they exemplify Community, Compassion, and Excellence through their actions every day. Whether traveling across Arkansas to support multiple clinics or taking extra time to ensure patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive, both employees demonstrate the dedication that helps Healthy Connections fulfill its mission of providing quality healthcare to the communities we serve.

Please join us in congratulating Mikie Manning and Raychel Woody on being named the Healthy Connections Employees of the Month for June 2026 and in thanking them for the outstanding work they do each day for our patients, coworkers, and communities.
