Healthy Connections is seeking a Clinic Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team at the Hot Springs Village Clinic. This is a full-time position with a four-day workweek. The Clinic Nurse will play a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care in a welcoming and efficient environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care. Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include
- Providing direct patient care and clinical support to healthcare providers.
- Preparing exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Administering medications, collecting specimens, and assisting with procedures as needed.
- Coordinating patient care, including referrals, authorizations, and follow-up.
- Assisting with telehealth visits, patient education, and care management.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
- Supporting front desk operations when necessary to ensure clinic flow.
- Participating in community health events and volunteer activities supporting the mission of Healthy Connections.
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in Arkansas.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR).
