Healthy Connections is looking for a Clinical Territory Lead to oversee training and development for clinical staff within an assigned territory. This leadership role is essential in ensuring our healthcare teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to provide exceptional patient care. This job can be primarily located at several clinic locations but it will require travel to all locations when necessary.
What You’ll Do:
- Train and mentor clinical staff, ensuring competency in workflows, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement efforts to maintain high standards of care.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure clinics are staffed appropriately and operate efficiently.
- Support the implementation of specialized services, patient safety measures, and clinical initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance in program development, clinical best practices, and training needs.
- Ensure compliance with CDC guidelines, infection control protocols, and organizational policies.
- Lead staff education programs, including orientation, preceptor programs, and continuing education efforts.
- Participate in nursing evaluations, accreditation activities, and community health initiatives.
- Maintain oversight of the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program and other immunization programs as needed.
- Fill in as provider nurse when required to support clinic operations.
What You’ll Need:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to travel between clinic locations for training, oversight, and leadership meetings.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and make decisions independently.

This is a full-time, leadership position, requiring at least 40 hours per week. Travel within the designated territory will be required.
