Who We’re Looking For
Healthy Connections Community Health Network is seeking a Grant Administrator to oversee and manage grant opportunities across our network. This role is vital in building and maintaining relationships with funders, developing partnerships, and ensuring Healthy Connections continues to access critical funding for community healthcare initiatives.
About Us
Healthy Connections is a nonprofit, Federally-Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and social services to communities throughout Arkansas. Since 1998, we have been committed to expanding healthcare access and improving community well-being.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Grant Administrator, you will:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with funders, community partners, and stakeholders to promote Healthy Connections’ mission.
- Identify and pursue new grant opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the grant application and reporting process, working closely with leadership to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and program teams to track grant expenditures and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor federal, state, and private grant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies for grant sustainability and expansion.
- Travel locally, regionally, and nationally, as needed, to support grant-related efforts.

Qualifications & Skills
- Grant writing and administration experience required.
- Experience working with federal grants (HRSA, State of Arkansas, etc.) preferred.
- Degree in Business, Human Services, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling grant proposals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
