Are you a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Healthy Connections is seeking an LPN to join our team at our Hot Springs Village clinic. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care, supporting our providers, and ensuring a positive healthcare experience for our community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist providers in delivering primary and specialized healthcare services.
  • Provide direct patient care, including patient education, medication administration, and care coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare teams.
  • Coordinate specialty services, pharmacy benefits, behavioral health referrals, and other necessary resources.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medical history, vital signs, and treatment plans.
  • Promote a safe and clean clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.
  • Participate in community health initiatives to improve patient outcomes and access to care.

What You’ll Need:

  • Active certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations for training and meetings as needed.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Shift flexibility may be required to best serve our patients.
