Healthy Connections is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Little Rock Midtown and Haskell clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a collaborative healthcare team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist providers in delivering primary and specialized healthcare services to patients.
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, patient education, and care coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms to ensure efficiency and a seamless patient experience.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare resources, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medical history and vital signs.
  • Promote a safe and clean clinical environment, following all infection control protocols.
  • Participate in community health initiatives and patient outreach programs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Active certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to travel to other locations for training and meetings as required.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week over four days. Shift flexibility may be required to best serve our patients.
