Healthy Connections is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our team at our Arkadelphia or Russellville clinics. If you are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and supporting a collaborative healthcare team, this is an excellent opportunity to make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist providers in delivering primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
  • Prepare patients for exams, document medical history, take vital signs, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Collect specimens and assist with basic laboratory procedures as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare teams, ensuring coordination of specialty services, pharmacy benefits, and behavioral health resources.
  • Keep accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in line with infection control standards.
  • Support community health initiatives and actively participate in patient education efforts.

What You’ll Need:

  • Active Registered Medical Assistant (MA) License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting while providing compassionate care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Willingness to travel for training and meetings as required.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week over four days. Shift flexibility may be required to best serve our patients.
