The Role
As a pediatrician at My Kids Pediatric Clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch healthcare services to pediatric patients. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of general patient management plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree.
  • Completion of an approved residency program in primary care specialty medicine.
  • State of Arkansas medical license.
  • DEA licensure.
  • Adequate experience to fulfill the duties of this role.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • CPR and ACLS training within 9 months of employment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with network systems.
  • Strong organizational, written, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel to all locations and meetings outside of the service area.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to establish positive working relationships.
