Healthy Connections is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician at our Mena Community Pharmacy, where you’ll be a vital member of a collaborative team providing high-quality, community-focused care. You’ll work directly with licensed pharmacists and patients to ensure smooth, accurate prescription processing, insurance coordination, and more.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a liaison between patients, pharmacists, insurance companies, and providers
- Process prescriptions, assist with insurance verification, and handle prior authorizations
- Maintain accurate medication inventory and check for expired stock
- Coordinate prescription pickups and occasional deliveries
- Prepare deposits, reports, and maintain required documentation
- Uphold HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards
- Support patients with professionalism and confidentiality
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team communication
- Travel locally as needed between clinics
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Arkansas Pharmacy Technician license (Required)
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general network systems
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and compliance standards
