About the Role

Healthy Connections, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Phlebotomist to support our Hot Springs area clinics in a floating role. This position plays a vital part in delivering accurate, timely laboratory services that support patient diagnosis and treatment. If you’re a detail-oriented professional with excellent phlebotomy skills and a patient-first mindset, we want you on our team.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) that requires flexibility to travel between clinic locations in the Hot Springs area.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform venipunctures and fingersticks with precision and patient-centered care
  • Prepare and maintain specimen integrity using aseptic technique and safety protocols
  • Track and record specimen collection and quality control data
  • Maintain inventory and ensure adequate supplies for clinical lab operations
  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, and lab staff to ensure efficient and timely lab results
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and industry standards
  • Participate in organizational initiatives including Total Quality Improvement Plans (QTIP) and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) programs

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Phlebotomy required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical setting preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and infection control procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between Hot Springs clinic locations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn and work within electronic health records
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism
