Healthy Connections, a leading community health provider with over 25 years of experience across Western and Central Arkansas, is seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our team in Hot Springs. This vital role supports our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered podiatry services.

Role Overview:

The Podiatrist will play a crucial role in our medical team, providing comprehensive patient care from assessment and diagnosis to treatment planning and follow-up. The ideal candidate will effectively balance excellent patient care with the responsible use of resources to support our center’s mission.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide primary podiatric care, including medical history evaluation, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other medical staff to enhance overall patient care and participate actively in community health initiatives.
  • Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough assessments, emergency interventions, and utilize diagnostic tools efficiently.
  • Administrative Competence: Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow strict safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Podiatry from an accredited medical school.
  • Licensed to practice in Arkansas with DEA certification.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed between locations.

Work Hours and Compensation:

  • Full-time position, requiring at least 40 hours per week of direct patient care.
