Position Overview: Are you a passionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (APRN PMHNP) seeking to make a positive impact? Join our team at Evolve Behavioral Health and Medication Management in Hot Springs, Arkansas. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering integrated medical, behavioral, and psychosocial services to patients. Your work will align with Healthy Connections, Inc. (HCI) policies and procedures, ensuring enhanced access to behavioral healthcare resources through collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver integrated medical, behavioral, and psychosocial services in alignment with HCI policies.
- Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively to ensure patient well-being.
- Operate under the supervision of a licensed physician in a primary health care setting.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and recognized Nurse Practitioner program.
- Arkansas PMHNP licensure.
- Proficiency in relating effectively to patients and providers.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- CPR and ACLS training within 9 months of employment.
- DEA licensure.
- Relevant experience to fulfill the role’s responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and network systems.
- Strong organizational, written, and customer service skills.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to independently prioritize and solve problems.
- Flexibility to travel between locations and attend off-site meetings.
