Healthy Connections is excited to expand its network of quality healthcare services to the Conway community. The new Conway clinic will open this week at a temporary location at 2125 College Avenue, Conway, AR 72034, where patients can receive the same compassionate, community-centered care found at all Healthy Connections clinics. Family Nurse Practitioner Mandi Mears, APRN, will provide comprehensive primary and family medical care for patients of all ages — from children to adults — including wellness visits, physicals, immunizations, and more.

Beginning January 5, 2026, the Conway clinic will move into its newly remodeled permanent home at 2425 Dave Ward Drive, Suite 102, Conway, AR 72034. This expanded location will allow Healthy Connections to better serve the growing Conway area with even greater access to high-quality, patient-focused healthcare. Whether you need a routine checkup or care for your entire family, Mandi Mears and the team at Healthy Connections are here to help.
