Tilley, MD, a highly experienced internal medicine physician in Arkansas specializing in internal medicine, rheumatology, HIV care, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and more.
Dr. Tilley’s New Schedule:
- Malvern Pinnacle Clinic: Available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
- Little Rock Clinic: Available Thursdays
We are excited that Dr. Tilley is now available for additional appointments on more days of the week, providing greater flexibility for patients to receive the care they need.

Clinic Hours:
While Dr. Tilley is available on specific days, both clinics are open for appointments with other providers during the following times:
- Malvern Pinnacle Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Little Rock Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:45 am – 6:00 pm
To better align with patient needs, the Malvern Pinnacle and Little Rock clinics will now be closed on Fridays. We encourage patients to plan accordingly when booking their appointments.
