Saline County residents now have a trusted new option for family healthcare. Beginning July 7, Healthy Connections will open the doors to its newest clinic at 3525 AR-5, Suite 200 in Bryant, Arkansas. At the heart of this modern location is Carter Norman, APRN, a Family Nurse Practitioner bringing more than a decade of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to the community he calls home.
The Healthy Connections Bryant Clinic will offer comprehensive family medical care, with extended hours from 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, scheduling a yearly physical, or need to be seen today, walk-ins and same-day appointments are available to meet your needs.
From Caring for the Community to Caring in the Community
A lifelong Bryant resident and graduate of Bryant High School, Carter Norman has long been a familiar presence in the area. In his previous healthcare role at the Hornet Health Clinic at Bryant Public Schools, he regularly worked with students, staff, and families—building trust through compassionate and consistent care. Now, he’s continuing that commitment at Healthy Connections, serving a broader patient population across Saline County.
Norman began his nursing career in 2013 in the operating room at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and later spent eight years as an ICU nurse at UAMS. After earning his Master of Nursing Science, he transitioned into family practice, where he found his passion for long-term, relationship-based care.
Comprehensive Primary Care With a Personal Touch
At the Bryant Clinic, Carter Norman provides primary care services for children and adults, including chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol), sick visits, wellness exams, preventive screenings, and more. He also offers dermatological cryotherapy and minor laceration repair. Within his first year, services will expand to include HIV care and addiction treatment (MAT)—both critical areas of need in the region.
His care philosophy is simple but meaningful: treat every patient like family. Whether it’s a wellness check or chronic disease management, Carter approaches each appointment with the attention and empathy his patients deserve.
Also Offering Behavioral Health Services
In addition to primary care, the Bryant Clinic is now home to Licensed Professional Counselor Brian Kosters, LPC, who provides individual and family behavioral health therapy. Kosters also sees patients at the Healthy Connections Hot Springs McAuley Clinic, expanding access to mental health services across Saline County. These services support patients facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and more.
Modern. Accessible. Affordable.
Healthy Connections Bryant combines small-town accessibility with a modern healthcare experience. The newly remodeled clinic features a clean, comfortable space and a team ready to assist with appointments, referrals, and care coordination.
The clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and is in-network with most private health insurance plans. For patients without insurance, a sliding fee scale is available to ensure high-quality care is affordable for everyone.
With more than 25 years of experience as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Healthy Connections continues to bring trusted, patient-first care to Arkansas communities—now including Bryant.
