West Community Winner: Brittiany Schuller (Mena Clinic, Nurse)
Since joining Healthy Connections in 2021, Brittiany Schuller has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication to her patients, providers, and teammates at the Mena clinic. Her colleagues describe her as someone who truly “goes above and beyond in her role at HCI” and ensures that everyone she works with is cared for.
This month, Brittiany’s contributions extended beyond her clinic when she was selected to be a healthcare judge at a health event in Hot Springs, showcasing her expanding impact across the communities we serve. Her dedication to excellence and compassion is evident in everything she does, making her an invaluable part of the Healthy Connections family.
East Community Winner: Leslie Collie (Haskell Clinic, Family Nurse Practitioner)
Leslie Collie, APRN, joined Healthy Connections in 2024, initially serving in Arkadelphia before stepping up to fill a critical role at the Haskell Clinic when the need arose. Her dedication to providing high-quality healthcare and her strong work ethic quickly made a lasting impression on her team.
Her colleagues recognize her unwavering commitment, stating, “Leslie Collie comes to work, to work! She is doing an amazing job helping the Haskell and surrounding communities by providing top-notch care.” Leslie’s passion for patient care and willingness to step up when needed embodies the Compassion and Excellence we strive for at Healthy Connections.
