Healthy Connections is proud to recognize Miranda Blankenship of the Arkadelphia clinic and Jessica Sickles of the Mena clinic as our December Employees of the Month. This monthly recognition honors team members who consistently demonstrate our three pillars of Community, Compassion, and Excellence in the work they do each day.
Each month, employees across our East and West Communities are nominated by their coworkers for outstanding service, teamwork, and dedication. The Senior Management Team then reviews all nominations and selects one winner from each region. The December honorees reflect the values and commitment that define Healthy Connections.
East Communities Winner: Miranda Blankenship – Medical Assistant, Arkadelphia Clinic
Miranda Blankenship joined Healthy Connections in 2025 and serves as a Medical Assistant at the Arkadelphia clinic. Her nomination highlights her strong accountability, compassion, and willingness to support both patients and coworkers. As her coworker wrote:
“Miranda is highly accountable, consistently arriving prepared and ready to give her best each day. She supports patients with genuine compassion, no matter how much time or effort is required, ensuring they always feel cared for and supported.”

West Communities Winner: Jessica Sickles – Billing Specialist, Mena Clinic
Jessica Sickles has been with Healthy Connections since 2019 and serves as a Billing Specialist at the Mena clinic. Her coworkers recognize her as someone who consistently steps up to support others. One nomination described her impact clearly:
“Jessica is always the first to step up when help is needed, whether for a patient or a coworker.”
