The Healthy Connections Employee of the Month program recognizes team members who demonstrate Community, Compassion, and Excellence in their daily work. For July 2026, Healthy Connections is proud to recognize Traci Brannigan, Community Marketing Liaison based in Hot Springs, and Lisa England, Medical Records & Privacy Manager based in Mena, as our Employees of the Month.
The Healthy Connections Employee of the Month program celebrates employees whose dedication strengthens our organization, supports their coworkers, improves the patient experience, and reflects the Healthy Connections mission. Each month, one employee from East Communities and one employee from West Communities is selected through a nomination and voting process.
Employees are nominated by their coworkers, and the final recipients are selected through voting by members of the Senior Management Team. Throughout the selection process, Healthy Connections’ three pillars—Community, Compassion, and Excellence—weigh heavily in determining the winners.
For July, Brannigan and England were recognized for contributions that look very different but share a common purpose. One works throughout the communities Healthy Connections serves, while the other performs critical work largely behind the scenes. Both demonstrate the importance of employees throughout the organization working together to serve patients and support the Healthy Connections mission.
East Communities Employee of the Month: Traci Brannigan – Community Marketing Liaison
Traci Brannigan, a Community Marketing Liaison based in Hot Springs, has been part of the Healthy Connections team since 2022. While Hot Springs may be her home base, her work regularly takes her throughout the communities Healthy Connections serves.
A significant part of Brannigan’s role involves representing Healthy Connections in the community, including interacting with people at community events. That work gives her opportunities to build connections while helping Healthy Connections remain engaged with the communities it serves.
Her nomination, however, makes clear that her willingness to help extends beyond her community-facing responsibilities.
One coworker wrote, “Traci consistently goes above and beyond to help both coworkers and the communities Healthy Connections serves.”
That same willingness to serve is evident within the organization. Her nomination continued, “She is always willing to stop what she is doing to assist others and approaches every situation with kindness and a genuine desire to help.”
For an organization built around Community, Compassion, and Excellence, those qualities matter. Brannigan’s work allows her to interact directly with communities while her willingness to assist coworkers strengthens the team behind the scenes.
Her coworker summed up the impact simply: “Her willingness to serve and positive attitude make her an invaluable member of the team.”
Brannigan’s ability to support coworkers while also representing Healthy Connections throughout the community makes her a fitting choice as the East Communities Employee of the Month for July 2026.
West Communities Employee of the Month: Lisa England – Medical Records & Privacy Manager, Mena
Lisa England, Healthy Connections’ Medical Records & Privacy Manager based in Mena, joined the organization in 2023. Her work may often take place behind the scenes, but her nomination demonstrates just how important that work—and her support of others—is to the organization.
England’s coworker specifically highlighted her dependability and responsiveness.
“Lisa is always there when her coworkers need her, working diligently behind the scenes to lend a helping hand,” the nomination stated. “Even when she is busy, she is quick to respond and provide assistance.”
As Medical Records & Privacy Manager, England works in an area that supports Healthy Connections operations even though patients and community members may not always see the work taking place. Her nomination specifically recognized that employees in these types of roles do not always receive the same visibility as those working directly with patients or in the community.
Her coworker noted that England’s “dedication and reliability often go unnoticed because of the behind-the-scenes nature of her work,” while emphasizing that those who work with her recognize the quality and importance of what she does.
The nomination concludes that “her coworkers recognize that she performs her job exceptionally well and plays an important role in supporting the organization.”
That recognition from the people who work alongside her is at the heart of the Employee of the Month program. England’s reliability, willingness to assist others, and consistent support of the organization demonstrate that Community, Compassion, and Excellence can be found in every part of Healthy Connections—including work that may rarely be visible outside the organization.
Those contributions make England a deserving West Communities Employee of the Month for July 2026.
Recognizing Community, Compassion, and Excellence
The Healthy Connections Employee of the Month program provides coworkers with an opportunity to recognize the people they see making a difference every day. Those nominations are then considered by members of the Senior Management Team when selecting one East Communities winner and one West Communities winner each month.
For July 2026, Traci Brannigan and Lisa England demonstrate two different but equally valuable ways employees contribute to Healthy Connections.
Brannigan’s work takes Healthy Connections into communities and puts her face-to-face with many of the people the organization serves. England’s work happens largely behind the scenes, supporting coworkers and important organizational functions. Both were recognized by coworkers who see firsthand the dedication they bring to their roles.
