Brian specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders, using evidence-based approaches like trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). His focus is on individualized treatment—helping patients build coping skills, develop emotional awareness, and work through complex life experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are available both in-person and via telehealth, giving patients flexibility and consistent access to care.
