Healthy Connections Conway Moves to New Permanent Location on January 5

Healthy Connections will officially relocate its Conway clinic to a newly remodeled, permanent location on January 5, expanding access to high-quality, community-centered healthcare for residents of Conway and the surrounding area.

The Conway clinic will move to 2425 Dave Ward Drive, Suite 102, providing patients with a modern, more spacious setting while continuing the same trusted care, providers, and hours patients already rely on. All appointments, providers, phone numbers, and hours remain the same. Only the address is changing.

For patients, the move represents more than a new building. It reflects a long-term commitment to stability, access, and continuity of care in Conway.

“This move represents a long-term commitment to Conway,” said Tony Calandro, CEO of Healthy Connections. “We’re not just opening a clinic. We’re putting down roots. Our goal is to make high-quality, affordable healthcare easier to access for families, students, and seniors across this community, now and for years to come.”

The relocation follows careful planning to ensure continuity of care while positioning the clinic to serve Conway’s growing population.

A Permanent Home Designed for the Community

The new Dave Ward Drive location was designed to support growing patient needs while maintaining the welcoming, personal feel that defines Healthy Connections clinics across Arkansas. The space offers easier parking, improved accessibility, and a layout designed to support efficient, patient-focused visits.

While the setting is new, the care experience remains unchanged. The Conway clinic will continue operating Monday through Thursday, 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., providing convenient hours that work for busy schedules.

Care Led by a Trusted Local Provider

The Conway clinic is led by Mandi Mears, APRN, a family nurse practitioner with deep roots in the area and more than a decade of experience caring for patients across all stages of life. Known for her approachable style and emphasis on long-term relationships, Mears provides comprehensive primary and family care grounded in prevention, trust, and continuity.

Patients can expect the same provider-led care and familiar clinical approach in the new location. Services include wellness visits, physicals, immunizations, testing, chronic condition management, weight-related care, and same-day needs, making the clinic a reliable primary care clinic in Conway for individuals and families.

In addition to comprehensive primary care, Mears offers support for weight management, medication reviews, drug testing, and coordinated care that connects patients with additional services when needed. She is also now providing Evexipel bioidentical hormone therapy for men and women, expanding options for patients seeking personalized hormone care as part of their overall health plan.

Accessible Care, Without Barriers

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Healthy Connections is committed to ensuring healthcare access for everyone. The Conway clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, ARKids First, and most major insurance plans. Patients without insurance may qualify for the organization’s Sliding Fee Scale, helping ensure that cost is never a barrier to receiving care.

This commitment to accessible, affordable family healthcare in Conway remains central to Healthy Connections’ mission as it continues expanding across Central and Western Arkansas.

Looking Ahead in Conway

The January 5 move marks an important milestone. It is not simply a change of address, but a long-term investment in the Conway community. The new location allows Healthy Connections to serve more patients while strengthening continuity of care and maintaining the personal, community-based approach patients expect.
