Each month, employees across our East and West Communities nominate coworkers who demonstrate exceptional service, strong teamwork, and a deep commitment to the patients and communities we serve. The Senior Management Team then reviews all nominations and selects one winner from each region. These recognitions are more than acknowledgments—they reflect the heart of our organization and the everyday impact of those who go above and beyond.
East Communities Winner: Cindy Dillavou – Patient Care Coordinator, Arkadelphia Clinic
Cindy Dillavou, who joined Healthy Connections in 2022, has become an essential part of the Arkadelphia clinic and a shining example of the values we strive to uphold. Her coworkers describe her as someone who brings dedication, warmth, and unwavering commitment to her work every single day. One nomination captured this clearly:
“Cindy goes above and beyond for the clinic each and every day. She is compassionate about her job and the community she serves. West Communities Winner: Liz Mendez – Interpreter, Mena Clinic
Liz Mendez has been part of Healthy Connections since 2015 and plays a vital role at the Mena clinic as an interpreter. Her work ensures that patients and providers can communicate clearly and confidently, creating a more supportive experience for individuals who rely on language assistance during their care. Her nomination put her contributions into simple, unmistakable terms:
