Kim, a Lead Patient Care Coordinator based in Mena, showcases an outstanding commitment to her role. Laci, a Medical Assistant, has been recognized for her tireless efforts in securing insurance coverage and ensuring smooth coordination of surgeries. Colleagues appreciate her accessibility, willingness to answer questions, and her medical background, which aids in effectively communicating results and explaining procedures.
