Healthy Connections is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing accessible healthcare to patients from different communities, backgrounds and stages of life.
According to the federal Health Resources and Services Administration Health Center Program, community health centers provide medical, dental, behavioral and other healthcare services in cities, rural areas and communities across the country.
That model is central to the work we do.
Healthy Connections accepts Medicaid, ARKids 1st, Medicare and most private health insurance plans. A sliding-fee scale is available for eligible patients based on household size and income. These resources help reduce financial barriers that can prevent patients from receiving preventive care, managing chronic conditions or establishing a dependable relationship with a healthcare provider.
