Healthy Connections Names Autumn Morales, APRN, and Jennifer Scott, APRN, as 2025 Providers of the Year

Healthy Connections is proud to recognize Autumn Morales, APRN, and Jennifer Scott, APRN, as the organization’s 2025 Providers of the Year, honoring their exceptional commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and service to communities across Arkansas.

The Providers of the Year award celebrates outstanding healthcare providers who consistently work to improve the care delivered to patients while supporting the broader mission of Healthy Connections. This honor is reserved for providers who answer the call without hesitation, step up when and where they are needed, and demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and compassion throughout the year. In 2025, Autumn Morales and Jennifer Scott exemplified those qualities in meaningful and measurable ways.

Tony Calandro, CEO of Healthy Connections, praised both providers for their reliability, dedication, and willingness to serve wherever the need is greatest.

Autumn Morales, APRN, provides care at the Healthy Connections De Queen Clinic, where she has served patients since joining the organization in 2023. In a relatively short time, Morales has become a trusted and dependable provider for patients who rely on Healthy Connections as their medical home.

Known for her steady presence and patient-centered approach, Morales consistently delivers care rooted in respect, compassion, and responsiveness. In a rural community where access to healthcare is critical, her willingness to step up and meet patient needs has made a lasting impact. She is recognized not only for her clinical skill, but also for her adaptability and commitment to continuity of care.

Morales’ work reflects a deep understanding of the importance of accessible primary care in underserved areas and highlights the role that dedicated providers play in improving health outcomes at the community level.

A Trusted Provider Across Hot Springs and Jessieville

Jennifer Scott, APRN, has been part of the Healthy Connections team since 2022 and currently serves patients at both the Hot Springs Village Clinic and the Lions Health and Wellness Center in Jessieville. Her role across multiple locations allows her to reach patients in different settings while maintaining consistent standards of care.

Scott is known for her clinical expertise, professionalism, and ability to build strong relationships with patients and coworkers alike. Whether supporting clinic operations, responding to patient needs, or providing coverage where needed, she is consistently dependable and engaged.

Her presence at both Hot Springs Village and Jessieville supports Healthy Connections’ commitment to delivering high-quality, community-based healthcare close to home. Patients value her thoughtful, attentive approach, and colleagues rely on her experience and collaborative mindset.
