HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Arkansas — Zachary Geiling, APRN, has been named Best Physician/APRN in the 2026 Hot Springs Village Voice Readers’ Choice Awards. The honor marks his fourth consecutive win in the publication’s healthcare-provider category.
The award was announced Saturday, August 22, during the Readers’ Choice Winner’s Celebration Party at the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa in Hot Springs. Winners were selected through voting by readers throughout Hot Springs Village and the surrounding area.

Geiling entered this year as the three-time defending winner of the healthcare-provider category and the two-time defending Hot Springs Village Man of the Year. His 2026 Best Physician/APRN victory extended his provider-category winning streak to four consecutive years.

Experience Rooted in Hot Springs Village
A Hot Springs Village native, Geiling returned to the area with his wife and children after working as a travel nurse in COVID-19 crisis areas. He also served six years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a combat medic.
Geiling holds degrees from Henderson State University and is credentialed as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He provides primary care and family medicine to patients of all ages and also works with cardiology and vascular patients.
His background in military medicine, crisis care and family practice gives him experience caring for patients in a wide range of situations. His connection to Hot Springs Village also gives him a firsthand understanding of the community and the people who live there.
