Cynthia McLellan, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy at the Healthy Connections Mena clinic through Evolve Behavioral Health Services. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, using proven therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based strategies for anger management. With a broad background in social work and behavioral health, Cynthia has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including case management, long-term care, hospice, senior behavioral health, school-based services, and community mental health. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), a Master of Social Work (MSW), and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker.
