Sandi Armstrong, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing family medical and primary care services at Healthy Connections in Mena. She first joined Healthy Connections in 2012 and is returning for her third tenure with the organization, bringing extensive experience in rural and community-based healthcare. Armstrong cares for patients across the full lifespan, from infancy through older adulthood, with a focus on preventive care, chronic condition management, and overall wellness.
Armstrong is drawn to family practice because of the relationships it allows her to build with patients over time. “With family practice, I think it allows you to become a part of the patient story,” she said. Born and raised in Arkansas, she has also worked as a medical missionary in Haiti and at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Alaska. She values being close to home and family and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the Mena community.
