Dr. Gina Tilley, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She believes in empowering her patients to take control of their health through preventive medicine, wellness education, and lifestyle modifications. At Healthy Connections’ Little Rock Midtown Clinic, she offers primary care for all ages, along with specialized services such as HIV care, PrEP, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction, and weight management support.

Dr. Tilley is passionate about treating the whole person, helping patients make informed decisions about their well-being. “Many people only see a doctor when they’re sick, but I encourage my patients to come in when they’re well—so we can focus on prevention and long-term health,” she says. She is currently accepting new patients and offers walk-in and same-day appointments for added convenience.
