We are delighted to announce the expansion of our services at the Healthy Connections Community Health Network clinic in Russellville. Located at 3312 West Main Street, this clinic is now open and accepting new patients, operating from 7:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, providing primary care and family medicine services to patients of all ages.
One of the esteemed additions to our Russellville clinic is Dr. Leslie Ward, MD. Dr. Ward, who hails from nearby Danville, brings her expertise to provide primary care/family medicine services, MAT for opioid treatment, HIV and AIDS treatment and care, as well as trans-patient services.
We are also pleased to introduce OBGYN Dr. Pittman Moore, MD, who will be seeing patients on select days. Dr. Moore enhances our clinic’s offerings with specialized care in women’s health.
